About Our Client

Job Description
Responsibility for the sales policy and the annual operational plan
Ensuring policies are in line with local laws and regulations
Management of key figures, guidelines and methods
Close coordination and cooperation with the Area Managers and participation in store visits
Responsibility for the store management of the area managers to ensure effective shop operations and the achievement of planned sales
Approval of the annual budget plan for the individual regions as well as cost control and, if necessary, derivation of suitable measures to optimise target achievement
Close cooperation with other internal departments such as Finance, HR and Real Estate
Managing the team with regard to the growth of the organisation
