Job Description

  • Responsibility for the sales policy and the annual operational plan
  • Ensuring policies are in line with local laws and regulations
  • Management of key figures, guidelines and methods
  • Close coordination and cooperation with the Area Managers and participation in store visits
  • Responsibility for the store management of the area managers to ensure effective shop operations and the achievement of planned sales
  • Approval of the annual budget plan for the individual regions as well as cost control and, if necessary, derivation of suitable measures to optimise target achievement
  • Close cooperation with other internal departments such as Finance, HR and Real Estate
  • Managing the team with regard to the growth of the organisation
  • Ensuring our leadership principles and values

The Successful Applicant

  • Successfully completed a degree in business administration or comparable studies
