Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in healthcare sales, particularly in engaging with medical professionals such as doctors, podiatrists, and weight loss clinics. This role is focused on generating high-quality leads by setting appointments, enriching lead data using specialized tools, and following up with healthcare providers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize platforms like Apollo and CRM tools to identify and qualify healthcare decision-makers.
  • Appointment Setting: Reach out to healthcare professionals to schedule meetings via calls and emails.
  • Data Enrichment: Enhance lead data and pinpoint the right contacts within healthcare organizations.
  • Healthcare Sales Expertise: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s healthcare offerings to effectively communicate with professionals.
  • Follow-Up & Rescheduling: Ensure missed appointments are promptly rescheduled.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align on strategies and goals.
  • Inbound & Outbound calling: Conduct cold calling and warm calling to potential clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with lead enrichment tools like Apollo.
  • Familiarity with CRMs to track leads and outreach activities.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional engagement with healthcare providers.
  • Strong time management and self-motivation.
  • Proficient in using scheduling and lead management tools.
  • Experience in healthcare outreach campaigns (e.g., wound care, and weight loss clinics).
  • Knowledge of appointment-setting best practices in the medical field.

System Requirements:

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
