Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create visually stunning and effective graphic designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media content, digital ads, email campaigns, and website assets.
Branding: Ensure consistency in branding elements across all materials, maintaining the company's visual identity and adhering to brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet marketing objectives.
Research: Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and higher education marketing strategies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to final execution, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Feedback and Revisions: Accept and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and improve their effectiveness.
File Management: Organize and maintain a digital asset library to ensure easy access to design files and resources.
Qualifications:
∙ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
∙ Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
∙ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
∙ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
∙ Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
∙ Experience in higher education or admissions marketing is a plus.
