Sales Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Sales Operations Specialist will be the sales team’s business partner, supporting the people, processes, and tools to increase sales productivity and drive revenue growth. You will apply analytical and problem solving skills in the execution of streamlined sales processes. You will work to enhance the sales process, identify trends in data, refine operational models, and address challenges as they arise. 

What your success will look like

• Support the sales organization through daily management of sales questions and issues through a ticketing system
• Participate in sales team meetings to reinforce processes and procedures to ensure quality data management of the CRM
• Own the sales technology stack by delivering training and reinforcing proper usage to drive sales efficacy

Who you are and what you bring

• Minimum of 3 years experience in business or sales operations
• Bring innovative ideas to the sales organization to promote revenue growth and sales success
• Deliver unmatched support to your “clients” in the sales organization (sales representatives, sales leaders and executive sales leadership)
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM

Compensation  

We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.

• The base salary range is $70,000 (entry-level) - $80,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. 
• The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.
