Job description

Brilliant Computers Citadel and Information Technology (BCCIT) is a rapidly expanding IT solutions provider delivering innovative, scalable, and intelligent digital services. Our expertise spans across networking, managed IT services, IT asset disposition (ITAD), AI-powered applications, and infrastructure development. We serve clients in government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare providers, and the corporate sector, with growing operations across Nigeria, the United States, and Europe.

As we scale our reach and capabilities, we are looking for a high-performing Female Sales Specialist – IT Solutions to join our team and drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities in both local and international markets.


Sales Specialist – IT Solutions will play a key role in expanding BCCIT’s client base and building strong, lasting relationships with business decision-makers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B technology sales who is self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

You will be responsible for the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to client engagement, solution presentation, deal negotiation, and post-sale support. You’ll collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored IT solutions and ensure long-term client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Present, promote, and sell BCCIT’s services to prospective clients, including: Networking and wireless solutions, VOIP communication systems, Managed IT services, AI-driven Business Solutions, IT Asset Management, etc
  • Understand client pain points and business needs; propose customized technology solutions that add value.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in various industries, including the public sector, education, healthcare, and private enterprises.
  • Prepare and deliver effective proposals, bids, product demos, and presentations tailored to the client’s industry and needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, service-level agreements, and close deals in alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using zoho products.
  • Work closely with BCCIT’s technical and operations team to ensure smooth service implementation and support.
  • Regularly analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.



Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of IT services, including networking, managed services, cloud-based solutions, and digital infrastructure.

  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed revenue targets.

  • Experience creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing client accounts.

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Apollo.io.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical audiences.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience selling to clients in international markets

  • Familiarity with government procurement or enterprise IT solution bidding processes.

  • Knowledge of modern sales automation tools and digital outreach strategies.

  • Understanding of AI-driven technologies, cybersecurity, or IT compliance standards.

  • A network of contacts in sectors such as government, education, or healthcare.
