Requirements

As the SEO & WEB ANALYTICS SPECIALIST of the Agency, you will drive organic growth by optimizing websites, analyzing performance data, performing technical audits and implementing strategies that enhance search visibility and user experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic visibility across search engines and AI-driven platforms;
Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization;
Conduct and elaborate content strategies (for websites, blogs, landing pages) optimized for search engines;
Develop sitemap and/or plan website information architecture;
Perform technical audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine rankings;
Perform website optimization strategies through relevant tools or methods (e.g., A/B testing, heat-maps);
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using GA4 and other SEO tools;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, AI Tools for SEO and the future of AI powered Search, algorithm updates, and SEO best practices to ensure continuous optimization;
Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations;
Track, report, and present key SEO performance indicators to stakeholders on a regular basis (such as organic traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate).

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Ability to track marketing campaigns using Google Tag Manager;
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing) and SEO best practices;
Proficiency in GA4, Google Search Console, and other important SEO tools (Semrush, etc);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic;
Experience/knowledge in reporting platforms such as Looker Studio;
Team Spirit and proactive mindset;
Fluent in English (B2 to C1) and Portuguese.

Nice to have:

Higher education in an area relevant to the position;
Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO Specialist;
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles is a plus;
Google Certifications such as GA4, Google Ads, or Mobile Sites are highly desirable.
