Position Overview 

We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager to help us evolve and scale our go-to-market demand generation, content creation, and solution value messaging. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a knack for crafting compelling B2B content, experience driving product marketing messages, and is excited to work cross-functionally to shape the future of Everstream Analytics. You’ll work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure that our messaging resonates with our audience and drives pipeline generation across our core channels.

What You’ll Be Doing 

Content Creation & Strategy 

  • Lead the creation of high-quality B2B content that drives demand, including case studies, blog posts, white papers, press releases, and more. 
  • Curate engaging content for Everstream’s website, social media, and other digital channels, capturing the attention of key audiences and showcasing the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance the B2B customer experience and create content that aligns with the buyer’s journey, addressing customer pain points and needs. 

Product Messaging & Positioning 

  • Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, customer needs, and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Craft and refine narratives that make complex supply chain data, AI, and risk management concepts easy to understand and appealing to our audience.
  • Support product launches with go-to-market strategies and ensure that messaging is consistent across all channels (website, sales materials, etc.). 

Market & Competitive Research 

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and optimize marketing strategies. 
  • Utilize insights from market research to improve product messaging and develop customer-centric campaigns. 

Social Media & Digital Presence 

  • Day-to-day management of Everstream’s social media accounts, creating engaging content and managing interactions to drive engagement and brand awareness. 
  • Analyze social media performance and refine strategies to enhance engagement with our audience. 

What We Are Looking For 

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing and content creation, ideally in B2B SaaS or a similar tech-driven environment. 
  • Strong product content creation skills, with experience writing for B2B audiences and creating materials like case studies, blog posts, e-books, and press releases.
  • Proven ability to craft clear, compelling messaging that simplifies complex technical topics and resonates with target audiences to drive market demand. 
  • Experience with market and competitive research to drive marketing strategy and positioning.
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Canva, and Google Analytics to create, manage, and analyze marketing content and campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of the customer journey and experience designing strategies that support acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate strategies effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree or above is a plus).
  • Preferred - Technical competence in understanding the ins and outs of supply chain risk management and analytics, and the ability to translate that into valuable content and messaging. 

 

100% Remote Position
