As a Senior Travel Experience Consultant, you will directly assist users with their travel needs, ensuring seamless and stress-free experiences. From handling flight, hotel, car, and rail bookings to troubleshooting urgent issues, you’ll be the go-to expert for travelers.
In this role, you’ll also collaborate with internal teams (product, design, and engineering) to provide valuable feedback, improving our customer-facing and internal platforms.
