What You Will Do:

  • Administer our GTM technology stack, implementing, automating, and optimizing systems to track and measure the entire quote-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations and precision in reporting.

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, taking calculated risks to make our stack a scalable, strategic advantage.
  • Create and maintain thorough documentation of critical system releases,  processes, policies, and tutorials to enable our sales teams.
  • Implement a robust Salesforce governance strategy, ensuring data integrity and system design best practices. Manage security, roles, and permissions for users across all GTM systems.
  • Optimize GTM systems for clean data capture and accuracy.
  • Champion adherence to systems business rules and best practices across the team.
  • Ensure robust security practices and controls are implemented to support scaling at an enterprise level, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
