Overview

As a Channel Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for partnering with one or more Product Managers to execute specific feature requirements and drive the completion of these features in product releases.  You interact closely with key internal and external clients, external partners and the development team. Our SaaS solutions help power many of the premier online retailers throughout the world who sell through our Marketplaces solution on sites like Amazon and eBay and through our Digital Marketing solution on sites such as Google, Bing, Pinterest and more. You solve complex technical problems with excellent communication skills to enable our clients to expand on the Rithum platform; identifying and resolving issues as early as possible. You build positive relationships with external technical contacts through timely and effective communication strategically supporting our channels. Thorough proactive monitoring of marketplace and webstore integrations, issues detected may lead to direct client communication, publicly displayed message board posts and alerts, working with 3rd party technical contacts, cooperatively working with multiple Rithum teams, etc.

 

Responsibilities

  • Working within a team that builds and supports our EDI and API integration processes
  • Analyzing document specifications and mapping these to our proprietary EDI system
  • Serve as the technical project lead, working with multiple channels on API integrations
  • Work with other internal teams to troubleshoot and make any necessary changes or adjustments to fix any issues found with an integration
  • Serve as product subject matter expert and assisting with clients support

 

Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications  

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic programming concepts
  • Understanding of XML and JSON documents
  • Experience working with EDI and/or API communication
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring that all software components meet quality standards and function as intended.
  • Vocational Training on Software Development or related subject

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree
  • Experience working with EDI X12 and/or EDIFACT data
  • Experience working with distributed development teams spanning multiple offices and timezones
  • Experience working in SCRUM or Agile Software development environment a plus
  • Energetic self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fluid environment, and be able to think strategically and independently.
  • Experience with e-commerce, retail, online marketplaces, or digital marketing
