Key Responsibilities:

Guidewire Expertise:

4-8 years of experience in the IT-Insurance domain, specializing in P&C insurance products.
Deep understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter, including policy lifecycle, underwriting, and claims processing.
Strong analytical skills to interpret business rules, workflows, and functional requirements for seamless test automation.
Expertise in Guidewire Data Model, messaging framework, and integration testing.

Test Automation:

Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining a Guidewire Test Automation Framework.
Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, Tosca, UFT, or Guidewire's GT Framework.
Strong expertise in test script creation, execution, and maintenance using Java, Python, or JavaScript-based automation frameworks.
Experience in API automation testing using RestAssured, Postman, or SoapUI for Guidewire integrations.
Experience in performance testing, debugging, and optimizing PolicyCenter applications.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, integrating automation with Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.

Collaboration & Development Skills

Ability to collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams for smooth test automation deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in troubleshooting and debugging PolicyCenter applications.
Experience in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases for test data management.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Familiarity with cloud-based Guidewire implementations (GW Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

Guidewire Certified Specialist or Associate in PolicyCenter (or other Guidewire modules).
Experience in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
Familiarity with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks like Cucumber or SpecFlow is preferred.
