Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Service Representative for a dynamic Telecommunications Department. Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to services, billing, account management, and technical support.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide clear information about telecommunications products, services, and promotions.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry standards to serve customers effectively.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions to maintain service records and contribute to quality assurance processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
