Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce an opening for a Finnish Speaking Customer Service Representative within the Telecommunications Department. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and committed to providing exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking customers through various communication platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications services, billing questions, and technical support.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues effectively and provide clear guidance and solutions.
  • Process orders, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s telecommunications products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications industry, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to resolve problems efficiently and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
