Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications products and services, including mobile plans, internet connectivity, and account management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, modifications, and cancellations while adhering to company policies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
