Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications products and services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about plans, billing issues, technical support, and service activations.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of various telecommunications products.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally while ensuring a resolution that satisfies the client.
  • Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to maintain accurate records for quality assurance.
  • Stay informed about new products and services to provide the best possible information to customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
