Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to Spanish-speaking clients across various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications services, billing questions, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay updated on the latest products, services, and promotions offered by the company to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain accurate records for service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
  • Promote a strong customer-centric culture by fostering positive relationships and encouraging customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
