Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) as well as English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
