Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking passengers with inquiries and provide information related to aviation services.
• Support travelers during various stages of their journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Effectively handle complaints and inquiries, offering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with airline and airport staff to facilitate efficient operations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company's policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus.
