As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be expected to build strong relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth
  • Proactively identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions and support
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation
  • Prepare reports and present updates on client performance and account metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record in account management or sales within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of the FX and CFD markets
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in the brokerage industry is a plus
  • Japanese speaker and able to understand English
