Job description

We're on the lookout for a passionate E-Commerce Specialist who has a keen interest in Amazon Store operations! In this exciting role, you'll be in charge of everything related to our Amazon store, including product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory management, and customer interactions. Our perfect fit will have a solid background in boosting sales on Amazon, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Amazon tools and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Store Management:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Design and manage storefront layout for an appealing shopping experience.
  • Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.

Advertising Management:

  • Develop and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP).
  • Monitor ad performance (CTR, ACOS, ROI) and adjust strategies to boost profitability.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to refine advertising strategies.

Inventory and Fulfillment Management:

  • Track inventory to prevent stockouts or overstocking, coordinating with suppliers and fulfillment centers.
  • Implement demand forecasting to optimize inventory turnover.
  • Monitor FBA shipments and resolve logistical challenges.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyze key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales, ads) and generate regular reports.
  • Use tools like Brand Analytics and A+ Content Insights for strategic improvements.

Customer Engagement and Support:

  • Manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing issues to improve satisfaction.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and liaise with Amazon Support.
  • Engage with customers via Amazon messaging tools to enhance their experience and drive repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
  • Proficient in Amazon tools like Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Advertising Console.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
  • Experience with demand forecasting and inventory management systems.
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting large datasets and identifying trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including persuasive product descriptions and ad copy.
  • Customer-centric approach, focused on enhancing buyer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Walmart Marketplace).
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Google Workspace, PipeDrive CRM, and Slack.
  • Preferred: Experience in property management or related logistics industries.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of consultative or solution-based sales techniques.
