The Senior Technology Implementation Professional delivers new technological solutions to meet business needs within a specified scope while aligned to enterprise objectives. The Senior Technology Implementation Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Technology Implementation Professional gathers and documents business system and functional requirements, influences system design to optimize support and ensures solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding approach for project components and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments. Assists team members in eliminating barriers, managing to deadlines, and escalating concerns.

  • Oversees a variety of projects to ensure our team is managing all to completion while adhering to deadlines
  • Works with cross-functional groups to develop comprehensive processes and documentation    
  • Works with other team members to ensure processes being developed are complete
  • Assists in eliminating barriers our team may face in the midst of projects and escalating concerns as appropriate
  • Leads development and oversee our team communication plan- includes ensuring all key stakeholders are well informed on all fronts throughout the year as well as improving internal team communication standards
  • Leads a group of peers and/or leaders in addressing complex problems
  • Special projects aligned to strategic objectives which will help the team accomplish a variety of long term goals

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Process, Project management, and/or Business IT experience

  • Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies

  • Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development

  • Experience working with SQL databases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Lean or Six Sigma Certification

  • Scaled Agile Certification

  • Experience in the Health Solutions industry

Additional Information

This role is "remote/work at home" and can be based anywhere in the United States, however, you must be willing to work EST hours.

  • Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
  • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
  • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$80,900 - $110,300 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
