Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to drive our product strategy and execution. This role includes leading a team of 11, and reporting directly to the C-suite.
In this role, you will shape the product vision, align cross-functional teams, and drive innovation to deliver best-in-class solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our platform meets the needs of our diverse and growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product team to build a multi-product offering leveraged by different types of GTM professionals (Marketers, Sales people) for their day-to-day operations, as well as how they can generate more ROI from using Dealfront’s products.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to drive the development of scalable, innovative, and high-impact features.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure effective go-to-market strategies, customer adoption, and feedback loops.
- Foster a culture of shared ownership, creativity, and experimentation within your team to drive overall product success.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights to drive progress and continuous improvement of our platform.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, managing product strategy and roadmaps in a B2B SaaS business.
- Deep understanding of sales intelligence, web tracking, data-driven products, or GTM sales and marketing tools.
- Strong organisational Product Management skills with the ability to provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in leading and scaling product teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experienced with PLG
- Strong technical knowledge with a proven ability to understand technical feasibility
- Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and driving growth.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with execution.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and track record of building exceptional products that delight your users and produce clear business impact.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders.
