JOB SUMMARY

As the Team Leader for Marketing Campaigns, you will be responsible for leading and driving the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with Storyblok's overall business objectives. You will oversee a team of campaign managers, ensuring effective campaign planning, execution, and measurement. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop innovative campaign strategies, and drive results will be essential for success in this senior leadership role.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels that align with company objectives and go-to-market strategy. Leverage the Forrester (SiriusDecisions) campaign hierarchy approach to structure and execute campaigns effectively. Collaborate with product marketing to interpret target personas and key messages, and develop compelling campaign themes. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful execution. Measure campaign performance and optimize future campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of campaign managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities. Hire, train, and develop top-tier talent to build a high-performing marketing campaigns team. Set clear expectations and performance metrics for team members. Ensure team alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Content Brief Development: Develop clear and concise content briefs for the content marketing team to support campaign objectives. Ensure alignment between content briefs and overall campaign strategy. Provide feedback on content quality and relevance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the marketing department.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing campaigns budget. Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal campaign performance. Monitor and control expenses to stay within budget.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively. Use project management tools to track progress and manage timelines.
  • Thought Leadership: Position Storyblok as a thought leader in the category.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
  • Certifications in marketing, campaign management, or leadership are a plus
  • Proven experience leading marketing campaigns teams and driving successful outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of the SiriusDecisions campaign hierarchy approach and its application.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools.
  • Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
