About the Role:

We are seeking a Commercial Associate to play a key role in supporting our commercial operations through accurate data management, coordination, and administrative support. This position ensures our sales pipeline, tenders, and customer transactions run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to help optimize our back-office processes as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management & Accuracy: Accurately enter and manage data related to customer transactions, orders, and bids on the company's platform.
  2. CRM Ownership: Fully own the company's CRM to ensure timely and accurate reflection of customers status, accounts and pipeline
  3. Commercial Support: Support the commercial teams by managing administrative and backoffice functions, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
  4. Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate closely with technology and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies and streamline data capturing processes.
  5. Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and updates on data entry activities and highlight areas for improvement.
  6. Tender Management Support: Assist in tender management processes, ensuring all information is captured centrally, changes are recorded and operational teams are fully aware, in real time, of new or changed customer needs to facilitate and end-to-end process with excellent customer satisfaction
  7. Process Improvement: Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and supporting decision-making processes as we scale the company and iterate commercial and operational processes to make them more efficiently

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in either business development support, data entry, sales backoffice and ops, or commercial administration.
  • Experience in tender management or medicines procurement organizations is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with data entry tools and software, as well as standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite particularly)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, able to collaborate with various internal stakeholders.

Salary: $25,000 per annum

Please note: This is a temporary position initially set for 6 months, with potential for renewal based on performance and organizational needs.
