Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 6000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

About the Company:

Position Overview:

The Performance Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving e-commerce growth, optimizing marketing performance, and aligning marketing strategies with the CEOs vision. This role requires strong leadership in agency management, marketing technology, and performance-based digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with marketing agencies to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee e-commerce marketing operations, ensuring seamless integration with Shopify storefronts.
  • Lead the development and execution of retention marketing strategies.
  • Implement data-driven marketing roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Direct CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage marketing analytics, performance tracking, and budget allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Ensure marketing automation and CRM systems are optimized for efficiency.


Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce marketing leadership.
  • Proven track record of scaling DTC brands to 7-8 figures.
  • Expertise in the Shopify ecosystem and Klaviyo for email marketing automation.
  • Strong background in marketing analytics and ROI measurement.
  • Experience managing remote marketing and development teams.
  • Ability to translate visionary ideas into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Availability to work PST business hours.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with Checkout Champ or Konnektive.
