Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours a week)

Mon - Fri 9 AM- 6 PM (MST)(12:00 AM – 9:00 AM PHT) includes 1h unpaid break


Job Description: General VA/Admin with Sales Focus


Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, focusing on booking cleaning services
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Assist in the recruitment and interviewing of cleaning technicians (approximately monthly)
  • Manage appointment bookings and scheduling for cleaning teams
  • Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
  • Adapt to new technologies and systems as the business grows
  • Manage social media account​

  • Proven experience in sales in a service-oriented industry
  • B2B sales experience is a must
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new software
  • Customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • B2B sales experience is a must
