Job description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support our AI-driven platform in improving employee benefits communication and enrollment. This role focuses on reviewing insurance policies and refining AI-generated data to enhance accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate with the operations team to categorize, validate, and analyze insurance plans (health, dental, vision, disability, life, and supplemental health), contributing to the development of our AI model.

Responsibilities
  • Review and categorize insurance plans to ensure accurate AI processing.
  • Validate and correct AI-generated insurance data, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct research and fact-checking to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Identify missing fields and provide feedback for AI model improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to refine our app outputs.
  • Track and report errors in AI data extraction.
  • Maintain and update the insurance benefits database.
  • Retrieve and process relevant plan documents.
  • Provide daily reports on activities and insights to leadership.


Requirements
  • You have to be located in Colombia. 
  • Fluent English proficiency B2+ / C1 is a must
  • 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. benefits landscape, healthcare, and insurance policies.
  • Advanced critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate insurance content and coverage.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and draw logical conclusions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
  • Interest in contributing to AI advancements in benefits and insurance.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and company growth.
  • Proactive, independent worker who seeks feedback and continuously improves.
