DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role on the marketing team in measuring activity ROI, enabling sales, and promoting consistent brand messaging. By managing and optimizing account-based marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows, this role ensures targeted engagement that aligns with both sales and marketing goals. Expertise in tracking performance metrics, analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns drives lead generation and enhances sales enablement, while reinforcing brand messaging across digital channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account-Based Marketing & Customer Journeys

  • Develop and implement ABM strategies aligned with customer profiles.
  • Create and manage multi-touchpoint customer journeys for engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams for seamless execution.
  • Optimize lead nurturing through targeted content, segmentation, and timing.

Digital Campaigns & Advertising

  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, trade publications, Google Ads, and email.
  • Monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust campaigns in real time.
  • Ensure ad targeting aligns with customer profiles and optimize landing pages for consistency.

Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

  • Execute and track email campaigns, measuring open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.
  • Maintain email lists, ensure regulatory compliance, and refine lead-nurturing workflows.
  • Develop and manage lead scoring models to prioritize high-value prospects.

Campaign Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and measure marketing performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Provide actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
  • Communicate findings with internal teams to refine strategy and execution.

CRM & Salesforce Optimization

  • Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations for marketing and sales alignment.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance CRM capabilities to support marketing initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 


Experience:

  • 2+ years in digital marketing, focusing on ABM, lead nurturing, and email campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing (Pardot preferred) and digital ad platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (Contentful preferred, or WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong grasp of digital marketing best practices, including ABM, email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Expertise in customer journeys, personalization, and content-driven engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for reporting, dashboard creation, and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement preferred).
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms for content management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with website management tools is a plus.

Requirements & Skills:

  • 2–3 years in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Expertise in marketing automation software (Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement preferred) and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
  • Creative problem solver with a data-driven mindset.
