The Role:

This senior role encompasses two distinct functions, each focused on driving pipeline and revenue growth in the APJ market:

  1. Demand Generation for Emerging Markets (Asia) – Partner-Led Approach
    This function focuses on driving demand generation across key emerging markets, including India, Vietnam, and the Philippines, through a partner-led strategy. It involves collaborating with regional partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, accelerating pipeline growth and market penetration.
  2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – GEO Focus
    This function executes 1:few ABM programs within the region, targeting strategic accounts with highly personalised marketing initiatives. It integrates ABM with field and partner marketing to drive engagement, enhance account penetration, and support revenue growth in high-priority markets.

Together, these roles contribute to a comprehensive and impactful marketing strategy, aligning with the company’s growth objectives in APJ.

You will: 

1. Demand Generation (Partner Led) (50%)
  • Own and Manage Partner Programs: Align regional partner marketing efforts with global initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and maximising impact.
  • Craft a Strategic Blueprint for Asian Emerging Markets Success: Develop comprehensive strategies for driving pipeline in emerging markets (India, Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines).
  • Collaborate for a Unified Go-To-Market Vision: Partner with internal teams and external partners to define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the region.
  • Execution with Measurable Outcomes: Launch marketing initiatives focusing on ROI, ensuring success metrics are defined, tracked, and achieved.
  • Strategic Account Penetration: Design and implement campaigns to support partner and direct sales teams, fostering engagement in high-potential accounts.
  • Develop Strategic Partner Campaigns: Create and implement 'partner' campaigns tailored to focus partners, focusing on joint growth opportunities and expanding market reach.
  • Strengthen Partner Collaboration: Work closely with focus partners to align marketing initiatives, co-invest in activities, and deliver measurable results.
  • Optimise Partner Impact: Monitor and evaluate partner marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with regional goals and maximising ROI.
2. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) (50%)
  • Integrated Campaign Mastery: Develop and execute a series of 1:few ABM campaigns to personalise engagement with high-value accounts.
  • Insightful Campaign Feedback and Reporting: Provide actionable feedback on campaign performance, analyse metrics, and recommend next steps for optimisation.
  • Strategic GTM Support for Enterprise Accounts: Align ABM efforts with sales priorities to drive pipeline for strategic accounts in the enterprise segment.
  • Innovative Content Development: Create tailored content to support ABM campaigns, ensuring relevance and impact.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Procurement Oversight: Manage budget allocation and procurement processes with accountability and rigorous tracking.
  • Travel: Approximately 20% of travel, primarily within Asia, supports field marketing and partner initiatives. Some travel internationally.
You have: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, ABM, or demand generation roles.
  • Proven experience in the IT industry, with a strong understanding of digital marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, and ABM platforms (e.g., Priority Engine, Hushly, 6sense).
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • A collaborative and positive attitude with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Experience in emerging markets within the Asia region is highly desirable.
