We are hiring a Website and Graphic Designer to our growing team! The Website and Graphic Designer is a vital component of the Communications/Marketing team. The Media Specialist will focus on content creation to help communicate the ARC story both internally and externally. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Help direct storytelling and focus on the direction of content production.
  • Maintain the ARC website and ensure it is kept up to date
  • Scrub the ARC website for old and new content
  • Use prior graphic design knowledge to create a well-branded and visually appealing website on all pages 
  • Create ease of access for potential clients to navigate the website and focus on funneling website visits into leads 
  • Work with outside data contractors to track and manage website data
  • Work with a team to manage graphic design needs internally and externally
  • Train and maintain employees' knowledge of proper branding of ARC logos, taglines, and materials
  • Undergo yearly training to remain up to date with current web design and metric trends 
  • Assist with ARC Healthcare's social media as needed
  • Manage ARC Google My Business pages and respond to inquiries 

Key Experience and Education Needed:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Media field preferred 
  • Substance abuse experience preferred. 
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience required.
  • Knowledge of DSLR/Cinematic cameras and audio recording encouraged

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Knowledge of Federal, State, and Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the treatment  of alcoholism and drug addiction 
  • Attention to detail and organization 
  • Computer literate  
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Ability to prioritize work and work-related responsibilities 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle crisis situations in a calm and supportive manner 
  • Ability to exhibit professional and courteous behavior, consistent with the ARC mission  statement, when interacting with persons of varying backgrounds and education levels to create  a safe and healthy relationship with clients served
