Job description

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for litigation support? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless case management and delivering superior client service? If so, U.S. Legal Support is looking for a Case Manager to join our team!

As a Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in overseeing complex litigation cases, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely deliverables. You’ll work closely with internal teams, court reporters, videographers, and external vendors to provide exceptional support for our clients.

📍 Location: New York - Remote
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, with flexibility for urgent client needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee case management by assigning the most appropriate resources to each job.
  • Ensure an engaged and accountable workforce by setting clear performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to maintain open and consistent communication.
  • Work closely with Sales to maintain superior client satisfaction.
  • Respond to urgent client and resource requests, including those outside normal business hours.
  • Develop case-specific standing orders and communicate them to all relevant departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, affiliates, and legal teams.
  • Monitor job progress and ensure timely resource turn-ins using best practices.
  • Consult with Production teams to coordinate rough drafts, exhibits, transcripts, and video deliverables.
  • Research case details, including depositions, complaints, and legal filings, to proactively plan for upcoming needs.
  • Document all case details in internal systems to ensure smooth case execution.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize company technology platforms.
  • Experience in litigation support, case management, or a related field is a plus.
