Key Qualifications

Must have Clearance experience 

High school Diploma is required, post-secondary education preferred 

Experience in a Customs Brokerage environment, clearing shipments an asset 

CCS designation is an asset

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products 

An eye for detail is critical for success in the role 

A proactive problem solving mindset 


Description of Role

As an Import Analyst, you are responsible for liaising with multiple third parties (including US Customs, our clients, and shipping companies) to ensure international  imports are cleared for entry into US. 

Use multiple computer programs, to input required information into our database 

Communicate with clients, and transportation carriers via email and phone

Partner with internal departments, such as Logistics and Finance, plus varying government agencies to resolve discrepancies
