Overview: As the Lead Professional Services Consultant within the Foundation Firm Intelligence business at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Application Implementation: Guide customers through implementation of an Enterprise Application, including installations of Foundation’s Firm Intelligence platform in Azure cloud and on-premises, installation of Microsoft Service Fabric
- Data Integration Management: Lead and manage data integration projects, ensuring timely and accurate data flow between systems. Oversee the development and implementation of data integration solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Customer Technical Lead: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their data integration needs and providing technical support. Guide customers through data mapping source systems to the Hub Import Database including best practices and integrations methodologies of SQL systems. Guide customers through data mapping of legacy systems and spreadsheets and perform data conversions into Foundation’s Firm Intelligence platform. Develop and provide implementation best practices based on customers’ requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Be the technical subject matter expert and provide technical guidance and support to the team and customers. Utilize expertise in data integration tools and technologies to develop and implement effective solutions. Validate deliverables for accuracy, readability, and usability. Lead technical presentations and customer calls. Ability to learn new software applications quickly as they are being developed.
- Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data integration processes and project status. Prepare and present reports to customers and management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of data integration solutions. Conduct thorough testing and validation to identify and resolve any issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data integration technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Communication with Product and DevOps: Act as a customer advocate by providing feedback to our internal teams related to product improvements. Regularly communicate with Product and DevOps teams to ensure alignment on project goals, address technical challenges, and implement solutions effectively.
- Partner Collaboration: Work closely with partners to ensure successful integration and implementation of data solutions. Coordinate with partners to align on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Strong MS Office skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 5+ years’ relevant experience, with a track record of the following:
- Deploying enterprise software, preferably in law firms
- Working with customers in a support or consulting role
- Researching product issues quickly and effectively
- Communicating issues and status in a clear and timely manner
- Working effectively with a team
- Working independently, effectively, and efficiently in a remote work environment
- Possess the following technical skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL and Microsoft SQL Management Studio
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerShell and troubleshooting errors in scripts
- Proficient in installing and configuring software via MSI and EXE files
- Experience with Microsoft Server 2016 and 2019
- Experience with HTML, JSON, Restful API’s, and Webhooks
- Experience with Chrome Developer Tools
- Experience creating and maintaining CNAMEs, DNS Entries, and SSL Certificates
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft Service Fabric
- Experience working with remote desktops and virtual machines
- Experience writing SSIS integration packages
- Experience with data conversions
- Knowledge of system architecture and database schemas
- Experience with C# preferred

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $75,000 to $129,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
