Job Description
 

The Senior Outbound Product Marketing Manager will own Sprinklr’s GTM strategy for the Americas, working closely with regional sales teams and the product marketing center of excellence (CoE) to drive market success across different territories. 

The role reports to the Senior Director of Outbound Product Marketing. 

 

What You'll Do 

Strategy 

  • Contribute to strategic and operational ideation for the effective marketing of Sprinklr’s products and services 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans tailored for the regions 
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence initiatives and market analysis programs by turning information into actionable insights 

Sales & Customer Engagement 

  • Establish deep partnerships with regional sales teams to understand field challenges and opportunities 
  • Regularly participate in customer meetings and sales calls to gather first-hand market insights 
  • Create and iterate on sales plays based on direct feedback from field teams 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their evolving needs 
  • Assist with the win/loss analysis programs to improve GTM effectiveness continuously 

Sales Enablement Partnership 

  • Collaborate with the sales enablement team to ensure product messaging and positioning are effectively delivered to sales teams in the region 
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform sales enablement programs 
  • Work jointly with sales enablement to measure the effectiveness of GTM initiatives 
  • Support the sales enablement team in creating compelling customer-facing content adapted to the region 

Market Leadership & External Presence 

  • Contribute to thought leadership in the region with content (e.g. blogs, articles) and supporting regional industry events 
  • Support Customer Advisory Board (CAB) meetings in partnership with customer marketing 
  • Create compelling market perspectives and viewpoints for external communication 

 

Cross-functional Leadership 

  • Partner with the product marketing CoE to ensure consistent messaging and positioning 
  • Collaborate on customer research and feedback collection across regions 

 

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified 

Experience & Skills 

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience with 5+ years in SaaS companies. Experience at global technology firms is a plus. 
  • Experience in competitive intelligence and market analysis 
  • Extensive experience working directly with enterprise sales teams 
  • History of successful collaboration with sales enablement organizations 
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate field insights into actionable initiatives 
  • Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management 
  • Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across sales and product organizations 

 

Core Competencies 

  • Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and customer needs 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Deep understanding of marketing buying center dynamics and decision-making processes is strongly preferred 
  • Knowledge of enterprise software buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales processes 
  • Experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) industry is desired 
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales teams and customers 
  • Experience in partnering with sales enablement teams to drive go-to-market success 
  • Track record of using customer and sales feedback to drive program improvements 
  • Mastery of the English language (spoken and written) is required, additional languages will be a plus 
  • Excellent writing skills in English and exemplary editorial skills with impeccable grammar 
  • Excellent content production skills, including quick turn-around and media content (e.g. quick tutorial/demo videos) 
  • Experience developing presentations for use internally and externally, including tradeshows or other industry events 
  • Excellent story-telling skills, capable of developing a cohesive and creative narrative that is easily understandable to the intended audiences. 
  • Process-oriented approach, with the ability to plan and execute projects cross-functionally and flexibility to adjust your approach when presented with new data or roadblocks 
  • Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver with a “can-do” spirit and creative “think-outside-the-box” attitude, adapting to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deliverable deadlines 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite 
  • Flexibility to travel to customer meetings and tradeshows, as well as work non-standard hours for exceptional circumstances (e.g., attend virtual tradeshows or meetings in a different continent/time zone) 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a well-respected University, preferably with a focus on engineering, marketing or business.

Compensation Range

$146,000 - $195,000 - $244,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
