About the Role

Search Atlas is seeking a talented UI/UX Product Designer to enhance our SaaS platform's user experience. In this role, you'll shape how users interact with our search analytics and optimization tools, creating intuitive interfaces that empower our customers to leverage data effectively. You'll work at the intersection of complex data visualization and user-friendly design to make sophisticated search capabilities accessible to everyone.

Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive user flows, dashboards, and interfaces for our search analytics SaaS platform
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that transform complex search data into actionable insights
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand customer pain points and translate them into elegant design solutions
  • Design data visualization components that make search metrics and analytics easily digestible
  • Develop and maintain a consistent design system across the Search Atlas platform
  • Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate based on feedback
  • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
  • Continuously improve the platform's onboarding experience to reduce time-to-value for new users
Requirements
  • 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years focused on SaaS or data-driven products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process for complex web applications
  • Expertise in designing information architecture and data visualization for technical products
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces across desktop and mobile
  • Understanding of subscription-based SaaS business models and user retention strategies
  • Strong ability to strategically analyze UX and user flows, identify pain points, and optimize experiences through data-driven problem-solving
  • Experience conducting usability audits and translating insights into actionable design improvements
  • Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams to implement UX optimizations that improve engagement and conversion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing for search, analytics, or SEO-related products
  • Knowledge of design patterns specific to data-heavy dashboards and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with user research methodologies and analytics tools
  • Understanding of SQL, APIs, or other technical concepts relevant to search platforms
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise user needs

Salary: $15-20 an hour plus 11 days PTO and Christmas Day + New Year’s Day paid off
