The Media Operations Specialist II will play a key role in supporting the reporting and operations of DI Media Services products; maintaining accuracy and transparency on the product suite for cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update media budget records for DI Media Services accounts and products.

  • Activate DI Media orders and subscriptions within Salesforce, ensure alignment with internal operational procedures.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of budget changes across all tracking systems.

  • Process and track budget updates within the system of record (Salesforce).

  • Work closely with Sales, Media Specialists, and Finance teams to coordinate budget adjustments and ensure financial integrity.

  • Identify discrepancies in media budgets and resolve issues in collaboration with relevant teams.

  • Support reporting and reconciliation efforts to ensure financial transparency and accuracy for cross functional teams.

  • Assist in optimizing workflows and processes to enhance media operations efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in media operations, finance, advertising, or a related role.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for budget tracking and updates.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

  • Experience working with media services, digital advertising, or financial operations is a plus.

Salary Range

$62,700.00-76,800.00
