As a Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing innovative campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive demand. You’ll collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure compelling messaging and seamless delivery across all channels, from digital to social to events. With a focus on end-to-end project management, you'll oversee campaign execution, resource allocation, and cross-functional teamwork to deliver measurable results. You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies to inform brand strategies.
  • Identify emerging trends, insights, and opportunities for brand innovation.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings to internal stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.

Brand Campaign Strategy

  • Develop integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness and align with demand-generation initiatives.
  • Set objectives, track KPIs, and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
  • Work across cross functional teams to develop and deliver content strategy and impactful execution.

Creative & Messaging Integration

  • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with creative and messaging teams to refine positioning based on market feedback.

Project Management

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of brand programs, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration, budgets, and resources to drive efficiency.

Cross-Channel Amplification

  • Develop strategies to amplify brand messaging across digital, social, events, and PR.
  • Optimize channel performance based on engagement data and audience insights.

Cross-Brand Reporting

  • Create a centralized dashboard to track brand performance across campaigns.
  • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus
  • 8+ years of experience in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in SaaS or technology industries
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence key stakeholders
  • Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with the ability to motivate and drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong ability to stay highly organized and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Solid budget management skills, with experience in allocating resources efficiently and staying within financial constraints
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities, with a keen ability to assess market trends, measure campaign performance, and apply insights to drive strategy

  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving – The ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing circumstances, and find innovative solutions to challenges that arise during campaign execution
  • Analytical Thinking – Strong ability to interpret data and trends, apply insights to improve campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions that refine strategies for future success

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $145,000 – $160,000 and outside of those locations is $135,000 – $150,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
