Solution Architect, Payments & Business Development
Jonas Club 

POSITION

Jonas Club Software is looking for a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager to play a key role in launching and growing our new product: Jonas Payments. This individual will collaborate extensively across internal teams to help maximize business opportunities, drive client acquisition (net new and existing), and ensure long-term product success and market adoption. 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Jonas Payments including pipeline management 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to support business development strategies that drive the growth and adoption of Jonas Payments, acting as the payments SME internally and externally 

  • Partner with the sales team on discovery calls and demos, listening to needs and presenting the benefits and ROI of Jonas Payments; effectively draft client proposals, negotiate contracts, and close agreements that maximize growth and profitability 

  • Build trusted relationships  with customers over time by being customer focused, providing high quality service, rooted in payments expertise which will lead to further payment optimization/digitization opportunities with customers 

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize growth and profitability 

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of integrated payments processing experience with a track record of high performance 

  • Experience in the club and/or hospitality industry is a plus 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Hold professional poise and confidence while communicating with executives
