We’re filling this role for a client, a leading fitness concept utilizing athletic-based training.

Job Description

We are looking for a Franchise Sales Manager to support franchisees in executing high-impact pre-sale campaigns to drive membership sales before their facilities open. This remote role requires occasional travel to headquarters and on-site visits to franchise locations during their pre-sale period.

Responsibilities
  • Guide Franchisees Through Pre-Sale – Provide step-by-step coaching on how to build and execute a successful pre-opening membership sales campaign.

  • Develop Sales & Marketing Strategies – Help franchisees implement local marketing, community outreach, and digital strategies to generate awareness and demand.

  • Drive Membership Growth – Coach franchisees on best practices for selling memberships before opening, maximizing pre-sale revenue, and creating a strong member base.

  • Analyze Performance & Adjust Strategy – Track key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue goals, adjusting tactics as needed for success.

  • Train & Support Franchise Sales Teams – Provide coaching and hands-on training to local membership consultants and owners to enhance their sales skills and closing techniques.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in generating pre-sale memberships for fitness businesses.

  • 5+ years of experience in fitness sales and marketing, preferably in franchise or multi-location operations.

  • Expertise in pre-sale strategies, digital marketing, and community engagement for fitness businesses.

  • Ability to analyze marketing and sales data to refine and optimize pre-sale performance.

  • Strong sales coaching background, with experience training teams on effective consultative selling techniques.

  • Exceptional communication skills to motivate and guide franchisees.
