We are seeking a Chief Nurse Officer (CNO) to lead and innovate our Advanced Practice Provider (APP) function while championing clinical excellence in preventative medicine. As the Chief Nurse Officer (CNO) of Preventative Medicine, you will be a key executive leader responsible for shaping, developing, and scaling Prenuvo’s Nurse Practitioner (NP) function. You will drive clinical strategy, enhance patient experience, and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. This role requires a dynamic leader with 5+ years of clinical experience, a strong background in start-up environments, and a passion for preventative medicine and innovation.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Clinical Oversight
- Lead the Nurse Practitioner (NP) function across all Prenuvo clinics, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, clinical protocols, and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement best-in-class clinical policies, workflows, and guidelines aligned with preventative medicine practices.
- Act as the primary clinical liaison between Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Radiologists, Physicians, and the broader healthcare team to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
- Establish and oversee quality assurance programs to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with the Senior Medical Director and executive leadership to define and execute a scalable clinical growth strategy for Prenuvo’s expansion.
Team Development & Talent Management
- Own the recruitment, training, and professional development of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) across multiple platforms to account for OpenLoop interface and locations.
- Foster a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation within the NP function.
- Develop career pathways and mentorship programs to retain top talent and ensure long-term organizational success.
Operational & Business Integration
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to integrate clinical expertise into Prenuvo’s patient experience and service offerings.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and innovation in clinical workflows and patient interactions.
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to optimize patient engagement, streamline clinical documentation, and enhance provider effectiveness.
Regulatory & Compliance Leadership
- Ensure all clinical practices, policies, and procedures comply with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
- Lead accreditation efforts and maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for medical boards, health regulatory agencies, and legal teams on matters related to APP practice and preventative medicine protocols.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of clinical experience in preventative medicine, primary care, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a high-growth, start-up, or innovative healthcare environment.
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP).
- Strong knowledge of preventative healthcare, early disease detection, and patient education.
- Experience in scaling clinical operations, launching new care models, and driving quality initiatives.
- Deep understanding of compliance, licensing, and accreditation for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) across multiple states.
- Passion for innovation in patient experience, digital health, and AI-driven diagnostics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution

- The base salary for this role ranges from $240,000 - $340,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
