Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will play a key part in our growth by generating leads and building strong relationships. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding sales setting.

You will support a SaaS company specializing in studio management software. Our platform streamlines operations for studios by offering online registration, tuition calculation, and payment solutions for students and parents. With a suite of integrated tools, our software empowers studios to enhance efficiency and optimize their business operations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Comfortably initiate and manage outbound cold calls to potential leads 
  • Identify and qualify customer prospects, and gain an understanding their needs and pain points 
  • Actively engage in proactive outreach campaigns to generate new leads and business opportunities 
  • Move leads through the sales pipeline, nurturing them until they are sales-ready 
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a rapidly evolving industry and market 
  • Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and suggest solutions 
  • Travel to represent company at trade shows, corporate events and etc.  2 to 4 times per year. 

 

Requirements 

  • 1-3 years of B2B software sales, knowledge of the studio industry (karate, dance, theatre, cheer) is a plus 
  • Proven track record of success in a sales process requiring cold calling and lead generation 
  • Develop leads into prospects by understanding their challenges/needs and effectively communicating DSP’s value 
  • Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM software to manage the prospect pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets 
  • Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and empathy 
  • Exceptional time management skills 
  • Willingness to take initiative and be a team player

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include discretionary bonuses, long term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, 6 weeks paid parental leave and more.

Salary Range

US Remote: $45,000-50,000 USD per year plus variable commission
