About the Role
As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing and executing projects in Teamcenter Change Management and other modules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Siemens Teamcenter PLM software, particularly in the areas of change management, configuration management, program/project management, schedules, and workflow customization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
What You Will Do
- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Lead the design and implementation of Teamcenter Change Management solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, technical specifications, and design documents.
- Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and organizational goals.
- Change Management Expertise:
- Configure and customize Teamcenter Change Management modules, including change notices, change requests, and workflows.
- Integrate change management processes with other PLM modules (e.g., BOM management, document management).
- Optimize change management workflows to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams and junior architects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, and stakeholders) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Teamcenter Change Management.
- Client Engagement:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Present solutions to stakeholders and demonstrate the value of proposed architectures.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Teamcenter and PLM technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Drive innovation by proposing and implementing new features and functionalities.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter Customization and Implementation.
- Strong Teamcenter Change Management knowledge - Conceptual and Implementation
- Strong Teamcenter Change Management process and reporting.
- Strong knowledge in Teamcenter Access Management
- Strong knowledge in Teamcenter server customization (ITK, SOA and AW)
- Strong Bill of Materials knowledge, DBOM, EBOM, MBOM and BOM Alignment (D-EBOM and E-MBOM)
- Strong BMIDE knowledge and configuration
- Strong knowledge in Active Workspace (Customization and configuration)
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in performing root cause analysis and tracking issues to logical closure.
- Knowledge on Siemens Active Integration Gateway
Bonus Points if You Have
- Ability to analyze data using AI techniques to identify trends" or "understanding of how to integrate AI models into existing systems."
- Ability to implement data lake ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Understanding of Teamcenter integration with Data Lake systems like Snowflakes
- Working knowledge on Reporting and Analytics tools like Qlik, TcRA, etc.
- Knowledge in requirement gathering/documentation and test case authoring will be an added advantage.
