We are looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to support our National Field Service team;

  • Support our National Field Service team with duties such as; Payment Reconciliation, Accounts Receivables, Invoicing, Order Entry and customer communication pre and post service completion.
  • Processing warranty claims and submitting to internal Jacuzzi Warranty Team.
  • Manage the customer experience through proper planning with cross functional teams (Customer Care, Manufacturing, Sr. Production Management and Service Technicians) to ensure service timelines are met.
  • Facilitating the collection of customer payments and conducting follow-ups on any outstanding payments.
  • Utilize ERP (Infor LN) and CRM (Salesforce) to track materials, order materials and update customer profiles.
  • Work closely with Service Coordinators (Dispatch) to update customers on status of their service requests
  • Strong understanding of Materials/Supply Chain and Product Flow.
  • Other duties as assigned

Details:

  • Remote: Monday- Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm (flexibility as needed)
  • $27.00+ depending on experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a business administration or operations support role.
  • Experience in a construction (HVAC, Plumbing), remodeling or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using ERP & CRM
