This is a part-time role with the potential to transition into a full-time position.If you’re looking for a hands-on role and you are ready to take responsibility for performance-driven campaigns, this is your opportunity to level up your paid social media buyer career.This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience with Meta Ads who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle high-volume workloads, and is eager to refine their skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up & schedule ad campaigns on Meta (primarily) with an attention to details approach.
  • Transit to Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, and X (Twitter) as secondary platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with a senior media buyer, aligning on strategy, execution, and scaling opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage ad moderation by handling spam, comments, and potential escalations.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of campaign success, demonstrating accountability in execution and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Meta Ads (campaign setup, optimization, and reporting).
  • Analytical skills, including proficiency in reporting, data interpretation.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to details.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset – eager to expand knowledge and experiment with new strategies.
  • Strong communication skills – able to collaborate effectively and provide clear insights.
  • Accountability & responsibility – you take ownership of tasks and you are committed to complete them in time.
  • Ability to work independently but also coordinate with a senior media buyer to align on goals.
  • Availability to work part-time (approx. 20 hours/week) within European time zones, Monday–Friday between 10 AM and 6 PM CET. Potential to transition to full-time after 3–6 months, based on performance and business needs.
