Job description

Globaldev Group supports the most exciting technology companies, by providing a complete set of solutions to recruit and operate their global development teams.

What is the necessary skill set?

Advanced English;
General understanding of Software Development Lifecycle;
Understanding of different development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);
Basic technical outlook on web and mobile applications development;
The ability to plan, define priorities, and multitasks;
Be proactive & detail-oriented;
The will to develop in IT industry on web and mobile projects.

Interview stages:

Stage 1. Interview with Recruiter;

Stage 2. Interview with Mentor;

Stage 3. Final interview with HRs.

Internship conditions:

The full-time internship takes 3 months with 2000 UAH per month payment (It’s studying guided by our mentor due to the program we composed)
After the internship begins the 3-month trainee period with a $350 per month salary. (At this stage you will have an opportunity to see real projects and try doing some practical tasks to get ready for independent work)
After the internship and trainee period, the employee will receive a $500 per month salary with a review once a year.

Then, we will make a decision within 5 days (approximately).
