Job description

Do you have a sharp technical mind, an eye for detail, and the ability to solve complex problems? Do you enjoy working closely with both colleagues and customers to ensure that advanced systems run smoothly – while also contributing to optimizing and improving future logistics solutions? If so, you might be the one we’re looking for!

Element Logic, the market leader in warehouse automation and AutoStore solutions, is now seeking an engaged and solution-oriented technician to join our Second Line Support team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring stable operations and the rapid resolution of critical system failures in our automated warehouse solutions. You will work proactively with root cause analysis and improvement initiatives to optimize both technology and processes.

As Second Line Support, you will be the essential link between our development teams, First Line Support, and our customers. Your technical expertise, ability to communicate clearly, and structured way of working will be crucial in delivering top-class service.

At Element Logic, you will have the opportunity to work with both national and international customers, including exciting new markets such as the USA. You will be part of a dynamic and highly skilled technical organization where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

This is the role for you if you are passionate about technical problem-solving, thrive in a high-tech environment, and can see the bigger picture in complex logistics flows.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle critical system failures and downtime, providing technical support and rapid troubleshooting.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and deliver clear and precise reports to customers.
  • Guide first-line support and share technical knowledge to enhance problem-solving capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively suggest improvement measures.
  • Develop and update FAQs and process documentation in JIRA.
  • Participate in escalation teams and ensure efficient handling of complex technical issues.
  • Contribute to market development, with a focus on the global market.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Relevant IT education or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proven experience in technical support and system monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of logistics systems and business processes.
  • Solid competence in SQL and database management.
  • Experience in system integration and data-driven troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of .NET/C# or other programming languages is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Personal Qualities:

We are looking for someone who is analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to quickly identify the root cause of problems and present effective solutions. You work proactively and independently, take initiative, and identify opportunities for improvement. At the same time, you are structured and thorough, with a strong focus on clear documentation and in-depth troubleshooting.

You have excellent communication skills and can explain technical challenges in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences. As a team player, you collaborate well with colleagues, customers, and partners, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where new challenges arise constantly.

With a strong customer focus, you actively contribute to creating positive customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
