The Challenge

We need a creative and strategic Multimedia Designer to elevate our Recruitment Marketing Initiatives. This role goes beyond just design—it’s about crafting compelling visuals and content that engage and attract remote job seekers worldwide. From eye-catching graphics and videos to strong branding elements, you’ll play a key role in shaping our online presence. If you have a corporate design background and experience in social media management, this part-time, remote role (4 hours per day) is your chance to make a real impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Design graphics, branding materials, and logos for recruitment campaigns.
  • Edit and produce engaging videos for job ads, social media, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence, specifically targeting global remote job seekers.
  • Develop creative content that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure our employer brand stands out.
  • Stay up-to-date with design and social media trends to keep our content fresh.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in multimedia design (graphics + video editing)—must share portfolio.
  • Corporate background preferred (understands professional branding & messaging).
  • Experience in social media management—building and engaging a community.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality creative assets.
  • Bonus: Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
