Position Overview:
A global leader in heavy equipment manufacturing is expanding its operations in Botswana. A strong digital marketing strategy will be essential in driving awareness, engagement, and growth in the region. To support this effort, we are seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of the industry in Botswana.

This role will play a crucial part in aligning marketing initiatives with the company’s strategic goals, increasing visibility in targeted sectors, and driving business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies targeting the civil engineering, construction, agriculture, landscaping, renewable energy, and waste management sectors.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities in non-mining industries.

  • Manage the company's online presence, including social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.

  • Create high-quality, industry-specific content (blogs, videos, case studies).

  • Optimize the company’s website for SEO, ensuring high visibility in local and industry-specific searches.

  • Manage and analyze digital advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with local sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.

  • Design and execute webinars, virtual trade shows, and other interactive customer engagement activities.

  • Track KPIs, including traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates, and report to stakeholders regularly.
