As the AEM Developer & Marketing Producer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the technical implementation of digital marketing initiatives through the Adobe platform.

With new growth marketing leadership, we’re ready to transform our approach to marketing.  The AEM Developer & Marketing Producer will support the launch of new, personalized customer journeys that engage users in smart ways. You will continuously improve engagement and drive lifetime value with AEM component development and assist as needed with tagging and dashboards in Adobe Analytics. Additionally, you’ll help with the setup and testing of digital marketing campaigns. We’re looking for a team player who can lend technical expertise across a variety of projects across the Adobe suite. This is a high visibility position and a chance to collaborate with a variety of teams throughout the marketing organization. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone eager to make an impact. 

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with other technical and business leaders to identify, design, and implement changes in AEM components to support evolving business needs
• Contribute to EFE’s AEM project codebase – both frontend, backend, and integrations with other systems
• Coordinate with other technical teams to integrate AEM Sites and Assets with other systems
• Educate existing AEM team on AEM features, structures, debugging techniques, and best practices
• Manage/update analytics tags to support measurement
• Assist with QA on other Adobe properties such as Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Target 

Requirements 

• We are looking for a true Adobe expert – someone who has an intimate knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager Cloud and how it can best work with other systems, both in and out of the Adobe ecosystem.
• Knowledge of overall AEM Cloud infrastructure  
• Expert at working with full stack technologies such as Java and REST services  
• Skilled front-end developer (expert at CSS, HTML and javascript) 
• Experience designing, implementing, configuring and extending components in AEM both core and custom
• Experience using AEM Sites and Assets headlessly through GraphQL and AEM Workflows 
• Experience leveraging all Adobe tools (Experience Platform, Target, Launch, Adobe Analytics – emphasis on Adobe Experience Manager)  

Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $109,300-125,000. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.
