Data Operations Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a Data Operations Specialist to join our client remote team and play a key role in managing and optimizing data within our affiliate marketing ecosystem. Accurate, high-quality data is essential to our success, and this position will ensure seamless data integration and governance.

As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will oversee data operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high performance. Your contributions will directly impact business growth by improving data processes, campaign tracking, and overall data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate, validate, and reconcile performance data within our data extraction software and business intelligence tools.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and Business Intelligence teams to establish a robust reporting framework with validated data points.
• Improve data processes by implementing automation for data validation through pipelines and reports.
• Utilize Tableau to identify key insights and support Publishers and Advertisers with operational reporting.
• Champion data quality across all systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in finance, administration, or operations, with a focus on data entry, payment reconciliations, and data quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and validation.
• Interest in developing SQL and Tableau skills to enhance data analysis and visualization.
• Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and quality control.
